We offer free shipping for products and quantities small enough to fit inside of a Priority Mail large flat rate box.
Here are our major product categories, the maximum quantity eligible for free shipping, as well as certain products with a higher maximum quantity:
- Sandbags: ≤ 50 sandbags
- ≤ 100 14" x 26" sandbags
- Burlap Bags: ≤ 20 burlap bags
- ≤ 100 12" x 19" bags
- Ground Cover: Too bulky for free shipping
- Landscape Staples: ≤ 2,000 staples
- Monofilament Sandbags: ≤ 100 sandbags
- ≤ 200 11" x 48" tube sandbags
- Other Products: Generally too bulky for free shipping, except for
If ordering a quantity higher than the quantity eligible for free shipping, we suggest buying multiple quantities of the maximum quantity eligible for free shipping to avoid high shipping costs on higher quantities.
Delivery will take 5-7 business days.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout and added to your order. Delivery cost and time varies.
After your order has been placed, it can take up to 24 hours to mail out your order, not including weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. As long as the product is in the same condition as when the product left our facility, we will provide a full refund (minus a restocking fee up to 30%). The buyer will need to cover the return shipping cost.
Here's how to return a product:
- Contact us to return a product. Use the email address you used for your order.
- Package the product and ship it back to the address we provide.
If the product doesn’t fit your needs, please contact us. We will help resolve your issue.
If an incorrect address is provided and the shipping company returns the products back to us, the original freight cost will not be refunded to the customer.
Although we do not charge for freight, ultimately the freight cost is included in the cost of the product. Free freight unfortunately does not exist.
