  • Shipments below 150 lbs: free shipping*, delivery in 4 business days
  • Shipments above 150 lbs: free shipping* (1-3 weeks delivery) or $150 (1-1.5-week expedited delivery)

Handling

A $10 handling fee applies to all orders. This fee helps cover the labor and care required to process, pack, and prepare each order for shipment while allowing us to continue taking care of our team and providing reliable, high-quality service.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories

We offer free shipping for products and quantities small enough to fit inside of a Priority Mail large flat rate box.

If ordering a quantity higher than the quantity eligible for free shipping, we suggest buying multiple quantities of the maximum quantity eligible for free shipping to avoid high shipping costs on higher quantities.

Delivery will take 5-7 business days.

International (non-US)

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout and added to your order. Delivery cost and time varies.

Shipping

After your order has been placed, it can take up to 24 hours to mail out your order, not including weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not be shipped out until the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund, less any applicable return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 30%.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order number along with photos of the product and packaging, and our team will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to Sandbaggy because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, any shipping or freight costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
