Military-Grade Durability — Long-Lasting Mesh Gravel Bags Built to Withstand Sun, Heat, and Heavy Loads

Get long-lasting strength and superior performance with our Prefilled Gravel Polyethylene Sandbags, engineered for demanding applications like construction, erosion control, and securing tarps or signage. Made from high-density monofilament polyethylene (HDPE), these mesh sandbags are 3 times more UV resistant than standard woven bags and can last 1–2 years under direct sunlight — even in high-heat states like California and Florida.

Each bag is professionally filled in the USA to ensure consistent weight, quality, and readiness for use. Built to California DOT specifications, each bag supports up to 70 lbs of gravel or rocks without tearing. With fusion-welded seams and a secure tie string closure, these sandbags are ideal for long-term outdoor use where strength and stability matter most.

Sandbags are shipped by the pallet or truckload only.

  • Each pallet is 2,250 lbs and holds 75 Filled Sandbags
  • Each truckload holds 1500 Filled Sandbags - please note that truckload deliveries requires a forklift & pallet jack onsite to offload pallets.  53 ft Dry Van is used for delivery
    • Additional delivery fees apply if no forklift is available
    • Production Lead Time: 1-7 days

FAQ

What is the best material for sandbags?

The best sandbag material will depend on the application it is being used for, here are some of the most  common:

Burlap: A natural and biodegradable option. Burlap sandbags are not as water-resistant as other types of sandbags.

Polypropylene: More water-resistant, durable, and lightweight than burlap sandbags.

Polyethylene: Very water-resistant and durable. Polyethylene is the most resistant to UV degradation as compared to other types of sandbags.

How long do Polyethylene Sandbags last?

Polyethylene sandbags typically have a lifespan of 1-2 years when exposed to the elements. However, they can last longer if they are stored indoors or in a shaded area.

Can I fill these bags with sand?

We don’t recommend it — these are mesh-style bags, so sand can leak through. They’re specifically designed for gravel, rocks, or coarse fill.
